The team at Brentford came to us on the back of our work at Allianz Park with a desire to find a caterer that would complement their new leading standard football stadium. We were the smallest of companies who bid for the business and it was our personal approach, innovative ideas, as well as well regarded reputation, that resulted in our winning the account.
We wanted involvement in the design pre-planning so that we could manage the operational pinch points before it was too late. The on-site architects said that we supplied a level of detail that they had never before seen, and have worked well with our specialist kitchen designers to populate the operational spaces that we require to deliver what we pitched way back a year ago. For us it was just about getting it right first time.
We have been on site ensuring that backstage is as outstanding as front of house. The kitchen teams are walking the walk every day and preparing the space to be yet another leading edge stadium whose food and service will be as great as the sport it houses.
